Dear customer, we thank you for choosing Rever Abayas store. We are committed to providing the best service before and after the purchase process. Since the abaya is tailored upon the customer's confirmation of the order, exchanges or returns are not available. The customer has the right to exchange or return only in case of manufacturing defects within 24 hours of receiving the order. Therefore, we are pleased to clarify your store's policy, Rever for Abayas. Tailoring and modification requests are not eligible for exchange or return. The product must be in its original condition, inside the packaging, and unused. Once the return shipping label is issued, the courier will contact you for pickup. After delivery, please contact our customer service team to approve the appropriate procedure. The amount cannot be refunded or the replacement order sent until the product reaches us and is inspected by the relevant department. Non-refundable fees: Cash on delivery payment fees Shipping and delivery fees In case of return, a shipping fee of 60 SAR will be deducted. If the order was paid via Tabi or Tamara before shipping, only 4% of the total amount due will be deducted. If the return occurs after the order has been shipped, 7% of the total amount will be deducted. In case of a problem with the product or if the size differs from what was specified in the order, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 24 hours of receiving it free of charge, and the store bears all costs. Please send a photo of the product immediately upon receipt via WhatsApp 0501600988, clearly explaining the issue and attaching photos showing the error (if there is an error in the abaya measurements, send a photo showing the recorded size on the received abaya and a photo showing the measurement in meters for the incorrect size to ensure proper service). Notes: If the order is "In progress," it cannot be canceled. Orders "In progress" cannot be modified. Only modifications recorded on the invoice are approved. Exchanges and returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects. The amount will be refunded or returned within 7-14 days from the date the returned item reaches us. The store reserves the right to refuse a return request in appropriate cases. Niqabs and perfumes are among the products not covered by the return policy. If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. The plain hijab is free and does not include any modifications. No modifications will be approved, even if recorded. If the "Taqt" (closure) is not approved, the abaya cannot be returned, as this is a free service provided by the store. The logo and packaging are not considered part of manufacturing defects. If unavailable, they may be shipped without them, and the customer has no right to return. If the courier delays in receiving the return, we will follow up, and the courier company bears responsibility for the delay. If the request is refused after shipping, the applicable fees as shown will be deducted, and the order will be considered returned. The store is not responsible for the unsuitability of the fabric type; prior knowledge of the fabrics listed in the product details is not guaranteed. Extra threads are not considered manufacturing defects (the customer can remove them with scissors, not by pulling the thread). If it is discovered that the abaya was modified by the customer, the store has the right to cancel the exchange request and return the same piece to the customer. If products unrelated to Rever Abayas store are sent, the customer bears the cost of re-shipping 60 SAR.
